Booking Information and Cancellation Policies.
Please take a few moments to read these terms and conditions, thank you.
For Day Excursions. If you are able to book in advance we require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder payable on the day of the trip in cash.
For Multi Day Tours and Treks: A 25% non refundable deposit payable at the time of booking, not less than 4 weeks before the start date. The remainder payable on arrival in cash or by transfer before arrival if you prefer.
For accommodation: If you are booking directly then we require a 25% non refundable deposit to secure your reservation with the remainder payable on arrival in cash. You can also use booking.com, tripadvisor and airbnb.
If you need to cancel any of the above, please let us know in writing, by email, at least 2 weeks in advance of the start date. You will loose your 25% deposit, but any other monies paid will be refunded in full.
